MaSheva King has over 20 combined years of experience in Contracts Management and project management, and proposal preparation experience for both the government and commercial corporations. MaSheva developed her professional experience in Contracts Management at a minority- owned, woman-owned government contracting firm in Gaithersburg, MD.  Incorporating her professional expertise and education, she was able to establish an efficient Contracts department. MaSheva was responsible for proposal participation, contract administration, program management, negotiation and contract management of federal government contracts, subcontracts and consultant agreements. government certifications and registrations.

In addition, MaSheva has extensive experience in various transactions from incorporation, corporation organization and management, business development and HR management. 

MaSheva received a BA in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Political Science and holds a Paralegal Certification. She also is a licensed Realtor in Maryland and the District of Columbia. And is an active member of the National Contracts Management Association and The Society of Human Resource Management.
